The specifications below describe the standard version of this product. Finishes, colors, and sizes can be customized based on application, print run, and production requirements.
The tubes are produced and delivered unfinished as standard. However, there are several options to finish or treat the tubes. Tubes can be provided with:
- PE coating
- Matte or glossy varnish
- Water-repellent or flame-retardant lacquer
In addition to coatings, further personalization is possible. Figurative shapes can be engraved or cut out with laser technology, creating a distinctive and high-quality appearance..
All tubes can be provided with a color. Technically, this means the outer liner is printed separately and then wound. There are several options, such as:
- Offset printing (black, white, yellow, red, blue))
- PMS colors
- Scatter printing
- Flexographic printing
We have a wide range of standard mandrels with varying dimensions. A mandrel with a customer-specific size is possible, but only makes sense with a substantial annual volume. For all standard sizes, white end caps are available..

Fibre-based square tubes
Our fibre-based square and rectangular tubes are designed for efficient, safe, and sustainable packaging. They are made from renewable raw materials such as wood fibre and responsibly sourced residual streams, combining low environmental impact with high strength.
The solid, thick-walled construction ensures that fragile products remain protected against damage and dirt during transport, storage, and handling. Thanks to the square shape, the tubes are easy to stack, saving space, time, and costs in logistics. In addition, they are highly reusable and therefore perfectly suited for intercompany and chain deliveries within a circular packaging process.
