The Consult process
A Dilopack Consult process follows clear steps. Based on the results of the Quick Scan, we develop efficient and sustainable packaging solutions, optimize your logistics packaging flows, and achieve concrete cost savings. This keeps everything clear and results-driven.
Inventory
The process starts with an introductory meeting in which we exchange relevant information and define the case. We analyze your current packaging process, volumes, return flows, and objectives. This gives us a clear picture of the challenges and opportunities.
Plan of action
Based on the inventory, we prepare an advisory proposal with a plan of action in the form of a quotation. This includes reusable packaging concepts, technical and logistics options, and an initial estimate of costs and savings.
Implementation
After approval, we get to work. Objectives are defined and we set up a timeline with interim reports, sampling, and consultation moments. We guide the execution of tests, prototypes, or pilot projects and monitor progress in every phase.
Delivery and evaluation
After approval, production starts and delivery takes place. We then evaluate the entire process together with all stakeholders. We discuss results, conclusions, and next steps for further optimization.
