The specifications below describe the standard version of this product in kraft cardboard. Finishes, colors, and sizes can be customized based on application, print run, and production requirements..

The tubes are produced and delivered unfinished as standard. However, there are several options to finish or treat the tubes. Tubes can be provided with:

  • PE coating
  • Matte or glossy varnish
  • Water-repellent or flame-retardant lacquer

In addition to coatings, further personalization is possible. Figurative shapes can be engraved or cut out with laser technology, creating a distinctive and high-quality appearance.

All tubes can be provided with a color. Technically, this means the outer liner is printed separately and then wound. There are several options, such as:

  • Offset printing (black, white, yellow, red, blue)
  • PMS colors
  • Scatter printing
  • Flexographic printing

We have a large number of standard mandrels with varying diameters. A mandrel with a customer-specific size is possible, but only makes sense with a substantial annual volume. For all standard dimensions, white end caps are available.

Fibre-based round tubes

Our fibre-based round tubes are a sustainable and reliable packaging solution for safely shipping and storing fragile products. They are made from renewable raw materials such as wood fibre and environmentally friendly residual streams, combining low environmental impact with high strength and protection.

Thanks to the solid, thick-walled construction, products remain guaranteed undamaged and dust-free, both during transport and handling. The round shape provides extra stability and prevents denting or deformation. In addition, the tubes are highly reusable, making them ideal for intercompany and chain deliveries and contributing to a circular logistics process.
